We used to revel in the "new perfect" that was our life. Raising a beautiful girl with multiple special needs showed us that "perfect" is all in our minds. Emily's life was perfect. It was happy, it was brilliant. She was social, outgoing, silly, and ticklish. Now we are learning to get through life without our "Perfect Peanut" in it. This is most certainly NOT a new kind of perfect.

Taking Monkey to the pediatrician at 11:40.
Wish us luck. I hope she can push her way through the ENT's thinking enough to get us some relief NOW!
I'm really trying to go. :) I meet with our local agency on Thursday to see if they can help with funds - it'll cost around $2000 for us to go. Cross your fingers! Will you email me and tell me your experience with Dr. Dobyns? beckyorton@yahoo.com
I would love to hear about your experience at the conference too - what the experience is like, etc. Thanks!!!
Ugh... poor Monkey... poor you! I am so sorry that this happened. It's shocking that the PE teacher(s) didn't notice that something was wrong. What's that about...? Curious how the administration responded...?
Hope that CPAP was started and that you all can get some relief and rest ASAP.
